My thoughts on healthcare
If they want to change america we first need to making voting fair. Get rid of the electoral college because they can over ride anyones vote, so your vote really doesn't count, the electoral college was used back in the day when people had to ride in on horse back to cast there vote. Simply voting should be based on a fixed number. X amount for this person and X amount for that person and who ever has the HIGHEST number wins. Simple as that.
Plus come on congress is the most corrupt people in washington, more then half of congress is paid off by big industries just so they can get bills past. They are old farts sitting in washington with old views in life. I believe congress should have a cap just like the president 8 years in office then new congress come in.
Parties, Seriously we need to get rid of democrats and republicans. Having parties in america is where we are messing up. Democrats vote for democrats even if they hate the person running they still vote, and that goes the same for republicans. The founding fathers of the United States of America said "Parties would be the downfall of America" which...we are seeing that take it tole already.
Now on to healthcare, yes healthcare would be great to have in america, BUT NOT this healthcare. There is an easier way to pay for healthcare then lying about taxing the rich, I'm sorry but not all the rich are going to be taxed due to well they can simply put there money over seas and never have to pay a tax in america again. And there is nothing "FREE" about healthcare we all pay.
Now everyone remember when Obama holds these town hall meetings and people get to stand up and ask questions. Well just an FYI all those questions are pre approved they only want the questions asked that he can answer only giving one side of the story that they feed us. I think anyone should be allowed to question the president and catch him in the lies he tells this country.
So I'll say it, if you believe obama when he promises things, then your a fool.
Captain Phil Harris, You’ll be missed!
This is almost as big as Micheal Jackson's death, Captain Phil Harris was the most known and most hilarious captain on the Discovery's channel hit series, "Deadliest Catch". I was shocked waking up today to find on twitter that Mr. Harris has passed away due to a stroke. The best part of watching this series was, we saw him battle his condition and stand next to the boat even though doctors told him it would be dangerous and unhealthy, he stood by his crew. His two sons Jake and Josh, remained by their father’s side at St. Paul Island in Alaska. I don't know how the upcoming season of Deadliest Catch is going to play out since the crew of the Cornelia Marie are now captain-less and this man will be a legend in my mind! We will miss you Phil!

Why are whites racist?
I have been wondering about why Whites are racists, and no other race is......, How many are actually paying attention to this? There are African Americans, Mexican Americans, Asian Americans, Arab Americans, etc. And then there are just Americans. You pass me on the street and sneer in my direction. You call me 'Cracker,' 'Honkey,' 'Whitey,' 'Caveman'... and that's OK...,But when I call you, Nigga, Kike, Towel head, Sand-nigger, Camel Jockey, Beaner, Gook, or Chink .. You call me a racist. You say that whites commit a lot of violence against you... so why are the ghettos the most dangerous places to live? You have the United Negro College Fund. You have Martin Luther King Day. You have Black History Month. You have Cesar Chavez Day. You have Yom Hashoah. You have Ma'uled Al-Nabi. You have the NAACP. You have BET.... If we had WET (White Entertainment Television), we'd be racists. If we had a White Pride Day, you would call us racists. If we had White History Month, we'd be racists. If we had any organization for only whites to 'advance' OUR lives, we'd be racists. We have a Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, a Black Chamber of Commerce, and then we just have the plain Chamber of Commerce. Wonder who pays for that?? A white woman could not be in the Miss Black American pageant, but any color can be in the Miss America pageant. If we had a college fund that only gave white students scholarships... You know we'd be racists. There are over 60 openly proclaimed Black Colleges in the US... Yet if there were 'White colleges', that would be a racist college. In the Million Man March, you believed that you were marching for your race and rights. If we marched for our race and rights, you would call us racists.. You are proud to be black, pink, brown, yellow and orange, and you're not afraid to announce it. But when we announce our white pride, we get called a racists. You rob us, carjack us, and shoot at us. But, when a white police officer shoots a black gang member or beats up a black drug dealer running from the law and posing a threat to society, you call him a racist. I am proud....But you call me a racist. You're proud of your ethnicity, WHY CAN'T I BE? Why is it that only whites can be racists? There is nothing improper about this blog!! I'm farrr from being a racist! Sadly, I don't think anyone else has enough gumption to agree aloud!!! Other than calling me a racist?? That's why we have LOST most of OUR RIGHTS in this country. We won't stand up for ourselves!

5 Ideas I’d like the next iPhone to have…
1. Allow text messages to be customized to users expectations.
2. Web app install, allow apps to be installed from websites.
3. Separate battery from content and phone resources. Allow the phone section (texting, phone, email) run off of a separate battery then the movies and music and heavy apps to save battery performance.
4. Multiple Apps running and the ability to finger swipe between current apps running.
5. Allow apps to use the iPhones built in tool to add more competition between apps.

After testing this application out for about 12 hours I'd simply like to say. If you are looking for a good twitter client that can do just about anything. This is the application you've been dying to get! Tweetie is a lot different from it's bother version Tweetie 1, the main difference your going to find in Tweetie 2 is the functionality. There is a range from settings and functions you can choose from in the settings panel located in this snap shot.
- Display Name - The options for this setting is to display tweets as the "Twitter Username" or "Persons Real Name".
- Date Format - choose between "Relative" or "Absolute".
- Font Size - well you can guess what that does, For you hard to see readers you may want to up the font a bit.
- Image Service - this is my favorite your choice between, "Twitpic", "yFrog", "TweetPhoto", "Mobypicture", "Twitgoo", "Posterous" and "img.ly".
- Video Service - you can either upload your iPhone 3GS videos to TwitVid or yFrog.
- URL Shortening- now tired of those extremely long URL links? Well this little neat feature completely takes care of that by saving you characters for your tweets.
Now if that wasn't enought new features and that's just the features in the settings tab. Then you'll seriously be impressed by the next few major changes your about to read about. Remember in Tweetie 1 where there was no landscape mode which made it pretty difficult to type without messing up words or accidently hitting the delete button while writing. Well that is not fixed with landscape mode! Check it out.
Ah my fingers now have a break from that horrible delete button, Yippie! The posting interface has been changed for the better, What does this mean exactly? Well instead of having to tap the iamge button to upload an image and you only had a very limit number of options. Now the interface looks something like...
A very neafty feature isn't it? Giving you options to take photo's, choose existing photo's from your camera library, GPS location, Usernames, Hashtags, and Shrink URLS. Now what is very neat with all these little features is the flexibility to each new feature. If you click the "Username" tab it's not going to pop up and ask you to tape the username of the person you are trying to @ but it's going to give you a phonebook like feature. So you can choose exactly who you want to @ by either typing in there username or scrolling through the list of followers. Hashtags are now saved into your phone. So you can see your most used hashtags and your recently used hashtags.
Now for the best. This is my most favorite part of the application. "Near By Users" instead of like it was in Tweetie 1 where is showed you just a radius of near by users you now actually get google maps into the mix.
So you can completely see the people who are tweeting right down the street from you or people who are tweeting in your city. Now how safe this is...well depends on the user who is actually using twitter. So the conclusion for this application is if your looking for a Twitter Client that is going to blow all other Twitter Clients away. Tweetie 2 is the one you should spend the $2.99 on. Don't listen to the other reviews of how any other application is better then tweetie 2 because they honestly are not. Here are the specs from atebits of all the features in tweetie 2.

Where can I even begin in describing how amazing this game is! Okay so the game does take some time getting used to since the game is developed to use the motion tilt sensors in the iPhone and iPod, the slighted lean or bump could end up with your Rolando in a pit of death. The game is based in a fantasy level titled "Rolando land" where you have to save all the Rolando’s. Rolando’s are small round creatures who seem to worship your...finger and ask you to help defeat the shadow creatures who have invaded their lands. Your goal is to free all the Rolando’s in 36 exclusive levels designed to challenge your brain. The music in the game can be a bit aggravating at times but in all I've found myself playing this game for hours at end. A major key feature in this game is the auto save feature.
So say someone calls you or you get a text you can simply answer the phone or text and your game is automatically saved! This is a major feature games on the iPhone are seriously lacking, my biggest pet peeve is getting a call and you have to restart the level all over again, well not with Rolando! Auto save is the best part of this game. Other key features include secret levels, achievements, and score setting. Now should you spend the $5.99 on this game? I completely say go purchase this game you won't be losing any money and you will have fun! The people over at ngmoco games were friendly enough to expand Rolando with the expansion pack called Rolando 2: Quest for the Golden Orchid which I will be reviewing in my next blog title. So gamers and people who are reading this leave me comments or questions here on the blog and I'll answer them and go over to the iTunes store and purchase this game!
iPhone Users Beware, First Virus!
An iPhone hacker, Charlie Miller will release the worlds first iPhone virus today. He discovered an SMS hack 6 weeks ago and reported it to Apple, but Apple has yet to release a patch. Miller and his fellow cybersecurity researcher Collin Mulliner will both explain and reveal their iPhone SMS exploit some time today at the Blackhat cybersecurity conference in Las Vegas.
How does the SMS hack work?
Firstly, this hack does not require the victim to download any file. The attacker only needs to know the victims phone number. Miller says the attack is enabled by a serious memory corruption in the way the iPhone handles SMS messages. For the attack to work, an attacker must send hundreds of SMS control messages (different from regular SMS messages) and only the initial SMS will be seen. This attack works on both the iPhone and the Andoid. What does the iPhone SMS hack do? This hack can allow the attacker to make calls from your iPhone, steal your data, send text messages, and also spread the attack to other iPhones in your address book.
How to recognize and avoid the iPhone virus?
If you get a strange text message containing any square box, even if its from a recognized number you may be the victim of the iPhone virus.
You have two choices:
- Put your iPhone in Airplane mode: Go to Settings -> Airplane Mode.
- Hold down the power button, and slide to turn your iPhone off.

Now if you like monkeys and banana's then this game is definably for you! I picked this game up at the Apple Store a few days ago and I simply can NOT put this game down. The reason I rated this game a 4 out of 5 is because I would like to see more levels for this game be made or a way to track your achievements / awards online like several other iPhone games. Now this game is a creative strategy game challenging you to collect all the bananas and build bridges from point A to point B. If all the monkeys complete the task that the level is designed out for you to do you will receive a golden mask. Which you can see, I've collected all the golden masks on the first island.
The levels included in the game are "Blue Lagoon, Wuthering Heights, Barbeque Pit, Big Giant Head, Mystery Island". Each level requires 3 golden masks to be unlocked to unlock a new level and challenge. Once you complete all the levels with all the golden masks you will unlock several awards. I currently am trying to battle my way throughout the islands but each new level is tricky! You will need to think and plan your route before you build your monkeys to victory. If you like a game that is going to be addictive and challenging I would definably recommend this game! You will find your self playing for hours at a time. So head over to the Apple iTunes Store and pick this game up for only $1.99. You won't regret your choice!
Survival Guide to Twitter
Alright many of you probably already have a twitter account but I've seen a lot of people who twitter but don't know how to use Twitter 100% so I'm going to help you all out. By starting with examples and telling you what each exampled does, so let's go!
# Sign or (HASHTAG)
Example: @twitter just updated my twitter account via #iPhone.
^ So what does that all mean? If you add a "#" sign anywhere in your post it will do a multiple of things, You can tag your tweets with keywords, websites can index certain keywords and you'll show up on there site.
@ [TWITTER USERNAME]
Example: @twitter I just signed up! How are you doing today?
^ So basically when you want to talk to one of your followers you add a "@" before there twitter name and send them a public tweet.
d [TWITTER USERNAME] hi
Example: d CNN hey I saw your piece you did on CNN last night very amazing!
^ The "d" stands for Direct Message in twitter followed by username then the message. Very easy?
RT (RE-TWEET)
Example: RT @CNN new developments happening
^ RT stands for RE-TWEET so all your doing is re-tweeting someone else tweet you saw.
